Molly Scannell Bryan, MPP, PhD, is a Research Assistant Professor of epidemiology at the University of Illinois of Chicago College of Medicine’s Institute for Minority Health Research. Her research focuses on identifying what causes poor health outcomes in systematically disadvantaged populations, and she is the lead author on a recent publication on the influence of neighborhood on COVID-19 deaths in Chicago. Molly and her family have been parishioners at St. Vincent since 2009.
