Ministry of Care

Here at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, we are fortunate enough to have a wonderful team of Eucharistic Ministers that deliver the Holy Eucharist to those who are unable to attend Mass. By traveling to those in need, the Ministry of Care program ensures that everyone is able to receive Holy Communion despite being unable to physically be present for services. This is offered short term, or long term.

If you or someone you know…

  • Has a chronic illness
  • Are simply sick and unable to leave their home
  • Has recently had surgery
  • Are hospitalized or in a nursing home/rehabilitation facility
  • Are in palliative or hospice care
  • is the actual caregiver and unable to leave their loved one.

… consider reaching out to STVDEP’s Ministry of Care to arrange visits with our team. Call our Parish Center at 773-325-8610 to leave a message with the front desk. Please include yours, and your loved ones name and a way to reach you!
